Final Cement Slab Leak Repair

EA located the cracks, repaired the cracks using a special compound, and even installed downspouts to avoid water from ponding. The original cracks that EA located were minimal, but as time progressed we found more and repaired accordingly. Kitchen Counter Partial Repair
The counter cement cracked, due to improper sink installation. Old sink installed top mount, the usual way of contractor idea, overtime when you wash, the water seep in under and make the cement slab wet that cause the rebar get rusted and cause the cement burst.

EA Construction & Builders was given the opportunity to salvage a client’s butler tin roof by sealing its exiting screw holes, curing the rust, and painting the roof with Roofguard paint using pneumatic application rather than paint brushes and rollers for a higher quality result.
